Delete your account

You can delete your account and everything saved in it, any time. It takes a minute, and you don't need to explain why.

Option 1 · In the app

Open The REAL Shift and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account, then Yes, delete everything.

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2 · By email

If you can't open the app, or you've already uninstalled it, send a short email from the address you signed up with. We'll delete the account and write back to confirm.

Email a deletion request

Write to info@realshiftmethod.com with the subject "Delete my REAL Shift account". We complete requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in (the email address on your account) and your first name.
Your journal entries, Journey progress and intentions.
Your saved practices and your practice history.
Your conversations with the Guide, and any reports you sent about a Guide answer.
Your baseline answers.
Your subscription record in the app.
If you joined the Circle: your display name, your replies, your questions to Mark and any private audio answers sent to you, and your blocks and reports.

What we may keep

Nothing that identifies you stays in the app after deletion. Two things sit outside our control: routine backups kept by our database host, which are overwritten on their normal cycle, and payment records held by the payment provider (Stripe, Google Play or Apple) if you ever subscribed, which they keep under their own legal obligations.

Want to keep your account but clear your data?

In the app, go to Settings → Reset all data. That clears your journal, Journey, practice history and Guide conversations but keeps your sign-in.

Using the app without an account

If you only used guest mode, your data lives on your own device and we never received it. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes everything.
